· Delivery location and address information
· Feedback, complaints, and chat/call communication information
2.2. Location Information (where required)
· Location information may be used for purposes such as completing deliveries and offering nearby services. You may allow or deny access through your device permissions.
2.3. Device and Usage Information (Operational/Analytics)
· Basic device information (OS/app version, etc.)
· App usage statistics and logs (sessions, taps, navigation, error information) - for proper operation of the Service, improvements, and troubleshooting.
3. How Do We Use Information?
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
· To identify and authenticate users and manage accounts
· To create and process orders and complete deliveries
· To provide user support and resolve feedback/complaints
· To improve service quality (analytics, statistics)

4. Conditions for Sharing (Transferring) Information

4.1. Partner Organizations
Order-related information will be transferred to partner organizations for the purpose of preparing and fulfilling orders. Partner organizations shall use the information solely for order fulfillment.
4.2. Courier
Information such as the users phone number and delivery address may be provided to the courier to the extent necessary to complete the delivery.
4.3. Third-Party Service Providers
Mega may use third-party services (for example, Firebase and Google Analytics) to monitor service performance, diagnose errors, and conduct statistical analysis. In such cases, the service provider is required to store the data securely and use it only for the agreed purpose, and we will impose contractual/policy requirements.
4.4. Law and Competent Authorities
As required by law and on lawful grounds.
5. Partner Organizations Data Protection Obligations
User information transmitted through Mega is confidential, and partner organizations shall:
· Use it solely for order fulfillment,
· Not disclose it to third parties without authorization,
· Take appropriate security measures
6. Data Retention Period
We retain your information only for as long as necessary (until the purpose of the Service has been fulfilled or for the period required by law).
7. User Rights
Users have the following rights:

· Change communication preferences (notifications/advertising)
· Request deletion of their information (in accordance with applicable law)
· Withdraw their consent to the processing of personal information in writing

Mega Technology LLC may update this Privacy Policy and will notify users of updates through the app/service; where necessary, we may obtain user consent again.
